High Point Neighborhood Family Center connects families to a broad network of community support services. Below are key resources for Pinellas County and the region.


Benefits & Financial Assistance

  • ACCESS Florida — Apply for SNAP (food), Medicaid (healthcare), and TANF (temporary cash). Florida Dept. of Children and Families.
  • 2-1-1 Tampa Bay Cares — Call or text 211 for local health and human services. Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, and Hernando counties.
  • Feeding Tampa Bay — Food assistance and distribution across the Tampa Bay region.

Youth & Family Services

  • Juvenile Welfare Board of Pinellas County (JWB) — Funding and oversight of children and family services across Pinellas County.
  • Pinellas Neighborhood Family Center Network — A network of family centers across Pinellas County serving neighborhood-level needs.
